A Suite Week entitles you to one full week (7 nights) of accommodations in a hotel, studio or one-bedroom, starting as low as $399 (room tax not included, which will be paid at the host resort). ASuiteWeek is valid for two adults, with at least one adult 21 years of age or older and possesses one major credit card. A valid driver’s license or passport is required for identification purposes during check in. Upgrades may be added for a supplemental fee. A Suite Week is fully transferable should you wish to use it as a gift PRIOR to any type of reservation request being made on-line or via U.S. mail, subject to the Details of Participation |

A Suite Week is valid for your accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), portage, gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or check-out at the host property. This certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration.
International Travel (Outside U.S) – We recommend that you research airfare prices before choosing to travel internationally. It is your responsibility to provide a valid passport or visa, depending which country you visit.

On-Line Real Time Reservations: |

Log onto www.asuiteweek.com and enter your certificate number. You will be prompted to the registration screen, complete the short form in its entirety and choose your password. You DO NOT have to book and confirm your reservation right away. Now as a registered user, you will be able to go back into the website any time of the day (24/7), log on and book your vacation in REAL TIME at your convenience. Credit Card payment will be accepted on-line on our secured site!

Reservations By Mail:
If you are without internet access, please mail in your reservation request form with your selected region and a travel consultant will contact you with specific destinations within the region you requested. Please note, if your make your vacation request by mail, you will not have the future option to book your vacation on line in REAL TIME.
Reservation requests should be submitted a minimum of 45 days in advance and are subject to space availability at time of booking, especially for holidays or peak seasons. Certain destinations may be subject to high season blocked out periods.
Please select your preferred date and one backup date, seven (7) days apart, in chronological order with your preferred destination as well as an alternative destination of your choice. Arrivals and departures are Friday, Saturday or Sunday, which is determined by the host property. We will acknowledge your reservation request within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Holiday Travel of America will confirm your reservation in writing no less than thirty (30) days in advance of your travel date. We will give you as much notice as possible.
Once you are confirmed, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed, faxed or sent regular U.S. mail to you, so you may proceed with your transportation plans. Do not book your airfare reservations until you are confirmed at the destination and date of your choice.
Your funds will be deposited in a non-interest bearing trust account as required by California Seller of Travel law. If you do not have a confirmed reservation by December 15, 2006, your funds will be automatically refunded to you, unless you have extended the expiration date in writing to Holiday Travel of America, in which case your funds will be automatically refunded after any extended expiration date, if you have not yet traveled.
Your Suite Week offer expires December 15, 2006 , and can be extended annually subject to Details of Participation, pricing and destination changes.

Holiday Travel of America, its agents and distributors act only as agents for the resorts and condominiums and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided. We cannot guarantee that any particular destination or any particular requested week will be available. Fulfillment of requested weeks is subject to Holiday Travel of America’s ability to fulfill the reservation request at its contracted rate for the time and destination chosen. Holiday Travel of America cannot be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination or offer of equal or greater value.

Our Cancellation Policy: |

Should you decide not to travel before your requested dates have been confirmed, you can request a refund of your funds. Once your reservation has been confirmed your Suite Week vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL. If, for any reason you cannot travel on your confirmed reservations, all funds will be forfeited and your Suite Week will be void.
