Vacation incentives and travel premiums are
special programs in which the recipients are offered complimentary
accommodations (room nights), discounted cruises or discounted
airfare packages. Travel incentives offer higher perceived value
with more sizzle than hard premiums.

We offer a nicely wide variety of Carnival or Royal Caribbean 2 for 1 cruises.
Some include complimentary hotel nights before, or after the cruise.

We offer 2 and 8 round-trip airfare certificates. Each certificate provides
round-trip airfares to one of 28 destinations with the purchase of 7-14 nights’
accommodations through Holiday Travel of America.

How easy is it to book a trip using your certificates?

To redeem any of our certificates simply fill out the attached reservation coupon,
with your destination request and two date choices. We do need 45-60 days advance notice.
Each certificate requires a $10 registration fee or a $25 room tax deposit. We will acknowledge
your reservation request within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

What are the chances of getting my first date choice?

About 85% of our customers get their first selected date. However,
we will work with the traveler until satisfied with their alternative dates.

Who fulfills your certificates?

Holiday Travel of America solely handles all fulfillments of our certificates
at our corporate headquarters located in Carlsbad, CA. When you use our certificates
you also use our travel agency, Holiday Travel International. This allows us to control
the reservation process and offer the finest customer service.

What happens if I have any questions - can I call my reservationist?

In order to be fair to registered certificate holders
we ask that you refrain from all telephone inquiries until we have received
your reservation request form and tax deposit. Please see our “reservation
process” located on this site in the customer service section. Once you have
registered as a certificate holder, please feel free to contact our reservationists
at your leisure.
