acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within fourteen (14)
days. You will be contacted at least 45 days prior to your requested departure date. |

This certificate is for two adults, who must be 21 years of age or older. |

Reservations request forms must be submitted at least 60 days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early, especially for holiday and peak seasons. |

This certificate entitles the registrant to a two for the price of one, based upon the annual List Rate. Meals are included for two persons, during the cruise only. Two for one rate applies to cruise fare only. Government fees and taxes are not included and must be paid by each passenger. This offer is based on interior category 1A. it does not include transportation to and from the port of departure, hotel food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses. |

and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing vessels or

circumstance occurs. Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute
cruise or itinerary. If there is a redeployment of vessel we reserve
the right to substitute vessels of our choice. Travel insurance is

All prices quoted are based on the Carnival annual List Rate, and are subject to change annually, without notice. Third and fourth passengers will require an additional fee and will require upgraded cabin type to accommodate additional passengers. |

This certificate is fully transferable, prior to registration, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to al,l terms and conditions.
This certificate cannot be used for group travel, or in conjuction with any other cruise line discounts or promotions. Airfare allowances do not apply, and cannot be used in conjunction with this certificate. |
