Reservations must be requested 60 days in advance of departure. Air
transportation is not included, however it may be purchased by Holiday

This
certificate entitles the registrant to a Carnival Cruise, for two
adults, for the price of one. The applicable port charges and taxes
must be paid by each passenger, and are not included in the two for
one offer The 2 for 1 offer is for designated room categories, which
vary depending on season and sailing. All meals are included for two
persons during the cruise. |

Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any verbal or
written representation, by any person or company, which is not
contained in this certificate. |

Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God
and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing vessels or
itineraries to become unavailable. In the event that such a
circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute
cruise or itinerary, If there is a redeployment of vessel, we reserve
the right to substitute cruises of our choice. Travel insurance is
recommended. |

All prices
quoted are based on the Carnival Cruise Lines annual brochure rate,
and are subject to change, without notice. Third and forth passengers
will require an additional fee. |

certificate is fully transferable should you wish to use it as a gift. |

This certificate cannot be used for group travel, or in conjunction
with any other cruise line discounts or promotions. Airfare allowances

Certificate expires December 15, 2007. All departures must be taken by

certificate is Void if sold over the INTERNET, however can be used as
