Terms and Conditions for Holiday Air Certificate

To validate: select a destination, complete the reservation form, and send it with you $10.00 U.S. processing fee to the address listed on the certificate.

We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within fourteen (14) days. You will be contacted 45 days prior to your requested departure date.

This certificate is valid for eight (8), fully paid, round-trip airline tickets. You may choose from 28 destinations listed. This aifare package is only available with the purchase of seven (7) or fourteen (14) nights of deluxe accommodations, as indicated below, at participating resorts, at current published rates, through Holiday Travel of America.

These certificate does not apply to any incidental expenses, airport transfers, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, service charges, gratuities or taxes which are the responsibility of the traveler. This promotion is subject to a maximum retail value of $800.00 per ticket, (exception: 7 Nughts in Honolulu and Cabo San Lucas maximum retail value of $500.00 USD per ticket).

Reservations requests must be made at least 60 days in advance. All reservations are subject to space availability at the tiome of booking.

On certain destinations requiring a 14-night stay, you may be allowed to seperate your stay between two destinations in the same region, and spend a week in each. You are responsible for your transportation between destinations.

The location of the accommodations may vary geographically from the international airport of your destination. The traveler is responsible for their own transportation from the airport to the accommodations.

Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal or written representations by any person or company, which are not contained in this certificate.

Two or more certificates cannot be used concurrently, or for group travel. All reservations are based upon double occupancy only. Additional guests are at an additional cost.

Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America will offer a substitute destination. Travel insurance is recommended.

All departures must leave from a major-gateway city in the continental United States. No Alaska departures.

Should you wish to use this certificate as a gift, it is fully transferable, prior to regisering

At no time will you be required to attend a timeshare presentation.

This certificate expires on December 15, 2007; all travel must be completed by this date.
