Gourmet Inclusive Exotic Travel Club - Details of Participation
1. This certificate entitles the registrant to 4 days and 3
nights of complimentary accommodations including the gourmet
inclusive package for two adults, on the Mayan Riviera in
Mexico.
2. Your package includes: A Garden View Suite or Superior Unit;
Welcome glass of sparkling wine; All meals breakfast, lunch and
dinner; All Premium Brand beverages, alcoholic and nonalcoholic;
All non-motorized water sports; Daily and Nightly Activity
Programs; and Live music and shows.
3. This certificate is for two married adults traveling together
who are between the ages of 30-65 years of age, possess one
major credit card, have a combined household income of $50,000
USD or greater and are United States or Canadian citizens.
Sorry, no debit or ATM cards. A complimentary guided tour of the
property will be given to you prior to the mandatory 90-minute
presentation covering the hotel's frequent visitors club, which
is required to utilize this certificate. Additional room nights
with the gourmet inclusive package are available at a special
discounted rate to certificate holders only.
4. Please validate the registration form included in this
package by completing and mailing it to our address, along with
a $25 USD tax deposit.
5. We will acknowledge your reservation request within fourteen
(14) days of receipt. Holiday Travel of America will confirm
your reservation in writing no less than 21 days in advance of
your travel date. We will give you as much notice as possible.
In order to be fair to registered certificate holders we ask
that you refrain from all telephone inquiries until we have
received your reservation request and tax deposit.
6. Reservations must be submitted at least 60 days in advance
and are subject to space availability at time of booking. Please
make your reservations early especially for holidays or peak
seasons. All reservations are based on double occupancy.
7. You must select two (2) different dates, at least seven (7)
days apart, in chronological order, or your request may be
delayed.
8. Once you are confirmed, a travel consultant will contact you
so you may proceed with your transportation plans. We recommend
that you do not book your airfare reservations until you are
confirmed at the destination and date of your choice.
9. Cancellation Policy: Once we have confirmed your reservations
and received all paperwork, you will receive a confirmation
letter to present upon check in. Cancellation fees are not being
charged to utilize this certificate but rather fees incurred to
cancel your confirmed reservations. If you need to cancel
confirmed reservations more than ten (10) days prior to your
arrival date there will be a $25 USD fee. If you need to cancel
confirmed reservations within nine (9) days prior to your
arrival date or fail to check in for a confirmed reservation you
will be charged a two (2) night fee based on the rates found at
www.karismahotels.com, which will be guaranteed by credit card.
10. This certificate is valid only for your accommodations and
gourmet inclusive package. It does not include airfare, taxes
(local hotel), portage, gratuities, transportation to and from
the airport, service charges, or incidental expenses.
11. This certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other
consideration. Any two or more certificates cannot be used
consecutively, or for group travel, when applied to the same
destination or within a twelve (12) month period. Not valid with
any other Exotic Resorts promotion.
12. This certificate is fully transferable should you wish to
use it as a gift, subject to the Details of Participation of
this certificate.
13. Holiday Travel of America is not to be held responsible for
any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our
control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the
event that such a circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America
will offer a substitute destination.
14. Exotic Travel Club is sponsoring the Gourmet Inclusive
portion of your visit in exchange for 90-minutes of your time to
present the newest, most flexible and inexpensive way to travel.
If you choose NOT to attend the resort presentation you will
subject to the full payment of the Gourmet Inclusive.
15. This offer is valid through December 15, 2010, and may be
extended annually subject to Details of Participation and
destination changes.
16. Holiday Travel of America is not responsible for any verbal
or written representations not contained in this certificate.
