 Congratulations on receiving your certificate, A Royal Caribbean Holiday. You have the opportunity to enjoy one of three ships on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and two nights of complimentary
accommodations. The value of this cruise is based upon the cruise lines’ published rates and may range between $1200-$1800. To best take advantage of this offer, please read and follow the instructions carefully. We wish you a fabulous Royal Caribbean Holiday. |

| 1. |
To validate,
complete the reservation request form and mail to our address. We will acknowledge
receipt of your reservation form within 14 days. For proper validation your registration
form must be issued, dated and signed by an authorized sponsor. No facsimiles or photocopies
will be accepted; original documents only. |

|
| 2. |
To use this certificate
you must make your reservation through Holiday Travel of America. Telephone inquiries
cannot be accepted until the completed reservation request form has been received. |
|
|
|
| 3. |
This certificate entitles the
registrant to a cruise for two adults and includes a Category Q stateroom or equivalent
(2 twin beds), plus all your fabulous shipboard meals and entertainment. Upgrades may be
available for a surcharge. The two complimentary nights of accommodations can be taken
prior to your cruise. There is no requirement to attend a timeshare presentation.
Additional room nights are available, at a special discounted rate for certificate
holders. |

This certificate does not
include transportation to and from the port of departure, hotel food, beverages, portage, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses. Airfare allowances do not apply and cannot be used in
conjunction with this offer. However, airfare can be purchased through Holiday Travel of America.

Details of Participation |

| 1. |
You will receive an acknowledgement letter requesting your travel dates. Please select two valid dates,
in chronological order, at least 21 days between choices and submit these dates at least 90 days in advance
of the earliest departure date. The letter will also request $299.00USD per person, which includes government
departure and processing fees, taxes, port charges, and deposit protection. Should you choose to take advantage
of the two complimentary room nights, there will be a $12.50USD per night tax deposit. All
reservations are subject to space availability, and may be subject to peak season surcharges. |

| 2. |
This offer is not valid for groups,
and cannot be used in conjunction with any other cruise offer. It is nontransferable, cannot
be sold or redeemed for cash, for promotional use only, is void where prohibited by law and is
subject to change without notice. Due to the promotional nature of this offer, Holiday Travel
of America can only honor one certificate, per person, per year. |

| 3. |
Holiday Travel of America is not to
be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control,
causing vessels, itineraries or accommodation destinations to become unavailable. In the event
that such a circumstance occurs we will offer a substitute vessel, itinerary or accommodation
destination. If there is a redeployment of vessel, we reserve the right to substitute cruises
of our choice. |

| 4. |
Both passengers must sign
the cruise reservation request form. One passenger must be at least 25 years of age
or older. This offer expires 18 months from the date of issue. All travel must be
completed by that date. |

Holiday Travel of America is not
responsible for any verbal or written representation, by any person or company, which is not
contained in this certificate. |
